Guests can hold onto a rail fitted to the boat to watch the dolphins swim alongside as the captain follows their movement.
From there, the boat moves to a nearby reef for snorkeling, with gear typically arranged through the operator. After the water-based portion, the tour continues inland to a waterfall for a break in the shade, with an optional stop at a coffee plantation on the way back for a tasting.
