Seasalt Restaurant occupies a Balinese pavilion on a lotus pond and takes Indonesian cooking seriously. There are cooking classes, a spa, and snorkelling, diving and cycling arranged on site, plus a free shuttle to Candidasa. What there is not: nightlife, shopping, or anything within walking distance. That isolation is the entire proposition, and we would only recommend it to people who actively want it. Come wanting it and this is one of the most restful places on the east coast.
