FAQ
I didn't receive my voucher email. What should I do?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it is not there, email hello@frombali.id with your order number and we will send it again.
Is the PDF guide my voucher?
No. The guide only explains how to use your voucher. Your voucher is the link in your email, and it always shows its current status.
Can I change my booking date?
Yes, if the merchant agrees. Any date change is arranged directly between you and the merchant, before your voucher expires.
The merchant is fully booked on my date. Can I get a refund?
No. A busy day, or arriving outside opening hours, is not a reason for a refund. Choose another date before your voucher expires. If the merchant cannot give you any date before it expires, you get a full refund.
How long does a refund take?
We aim to approve or decline a refund request within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used.
