Charles Richard runs the bar programme, building drinks around rare spirits and local botanicals, with the Salak Serenade and the Late Night Riff the two ordered most. The food is shareable, including Fritto Misto and Mac and Beef, and Seken Sounds is the weekly music programme, running from live bands to DJ sets mixing nu jazz and Afro-Latin.
