KŌRO Bali sits on the shore at Nyanyi Beach in Tabanan, bringing together three cooking traditions: Balinese, Japanese and Italian.
The building runs along a quiet stretch of coast and holds a bar lounge, a wine and cigar cave, and dining rooms looking onto the Sanje Garden and the Indian Ocean. Chef Eric Cocollos serves set menus built on the Japanese idea of koku, working Japanese and Italian technique against Balinese produce. It also trains students of the Bali Culinary Pastry School.
